Original artwork, commissions, personalized items, made-to-order products, limited editions, intimate apparel, gift cards, and items marked “final sale” cannot be returned unless damaged, defective, or otherwise required by law.

Unless a product page states otherwise, eligible apparel and non-art objects may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Request authorization at access@notforthemnyc.com with your order number and reason. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, in original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.

Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping fees are nonrefundable except where legally required. Approved refunds go to the original payment method. A refund may be reduced or denied for items returned used, damaged, incomplete, or outside the return period.

Report damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect orders within seven days of delivery, with photographs of the item and packaging. Keep the original packaging while the claim is reviewed.
